And just when you think it can't get any better, you meet the owner, William Brownstein, whose level of customer service is guaranteed to shock even the least jaded New Yorkers.  For starters, Brownstein guarantees that every medicine will be in stock or the cost is on him; he accepts every kind of U.S. insurance or he will buy your medicine for you; he provides free, same day delivery anywhere in Manhattan and then - get this - calls (more than once!) to follow-up with both child and caregiver.  Brownstein makes the process easy so that you can focus on what's important -- caring for your sick child.
